Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner | Trilingual | LGBTQIA+ Affirming Provider Serving adults and older adults across Massachusetts (Telehealth)

Dr. Eugenio Bortoloto-Neto is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a longstanding commitment to helping adults and older adults navigate complex mental health challenges. With experience spanning both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry since 2016, he brings clinical depth and genuine empathy to each interaction.

Eugenio offers thoughtful medication management and supportive care for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. He also supports clients living with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, as well as individuals coping with the emotional impact of chronic and degenerative illnesses like dementia.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Eugenio provides culturally responsive, accessible care to clients from all walks of life. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he creates an inclusive and affirming space where all individuals feel seen, safe, and supported.

Eugenio’s professional background includes work in psychiatry, hospice, critical care, and palliative medicine. These diverse experiences have shaped his holistic perspective: he views healing not just as symptom reduction, but as restoring a sense of dignity, meaning, and agency in one's life.

He partners best with clients who are ready to engage in their treatment journey—not looking for quick fixes, but open to a collaborative process of reflection, learning, and growth. For Eugenio, mental health care is not just clinical—it’s personal, relational, and transformative.
