We agree upon a minimum client volume average and provide autonomy to schedule above that level. This model aims to accommodate varying circumstances or preferences over time. Virtual and potential in-person arrangements further enhance scheduling flexibility.
Remote and Office-Based Positions: We have both part-time and full-time remote positions available nationally as well as office space located in West Springfield, Massachusetts for clinicians preferring in-person interactions. All roles are fee-for-service W-2 employees.
