As a therapist, my hope is to see more individuals willing to consider therapy for themselves, even if it has not been successful for them in the past. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Since 2005, I have been working with children, families, men, women, parents, caregivers, low-income, court systems, questioning identity, crisis, and physical ailments that impact mental health. I specialize in working with adults, all genders, Post-Partum Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Struggles, Work Stress, and Environmental Stress (including COVID-19/pandemic). In terms of post-partum depression (especially), women AND men do not need to suffer in silence due to fear they will be judged as a parent.
